Tariffs seasons 2025, including breakfast

Rooms will be made available between 5.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. Should you be planning to arrive after 7.30 p.m. It is requested that prior warning and time of arrival be given. Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.

Our rates include breakfast served until 10:00, parking inside the property during your stay, tips and recommendations from your hosts as well as pool access.

Each room is fitted out to provide maximum comfort for two people and cannot accommodate a third person with no provision for extra beds or babies' cots.

The house is totally non-smoking but discrete ashtrays can be found in the garden.

A very cuddly cat shares our life and it is for this very same reason that no other pets are can be accommodated for.

We accept credit cards, cash settlements, bank transfers, cheques or holiday vouchers.

A down payment equating to 30% of the total cost of your stay (one night minimum) is required to finalise the booking. In case of cancellation 7 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains due. Should your stay be curtailed for any reason, the owners will require payment of the amount owed in full for the booking.

• Secure, private indoor parking. Access to indoor parking until 10:30 pm - electric gate with remote control. Rapid recharging station for electric vehicles available 150 meters away. Possibility of partial recharging in case of emergency of a 100% electric vehicle on a standard socket (220V - 15A) - Recharging fee 35 € incl. VAT.
• Wide choice of beverages available on site (fruit juices, soft drinks, beers, wine and champagne).
• Bicycle hire on reservation for direct access to Velodyssée or Flow Vélo. Accueil Vélo" accreditation, with suitable premises to house bikes and equipment. 
• A ride in a classic car, a 1960 Austin Healey 3000 MK1, from Rochefort to Fouras les Bains, with a breathtaking view of the famous Fort Boyard and the islands of Aix, Oléron and Madame.
• Bookable gift card to give directly to your guests as a gift for a stay at l'Esprit du 8.

• Five guest rooms for up to 10 people. Partnership with hotels within walking distance for additional accommodation.

We provide a full range of equipment: Wifi connection, video projector with large screen, paper board, notepads and pens.

We offer a range of catering options: welcome coffee with viennoiseries, morning break with coffee and fruit juice, lunch with a tray of jarred meals, meals served at the table, or a buffet lunch featuring regional products, and a gourmet break in the afternoon.
